Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Fit Out Estimator. As a Fit Out Estimator you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.

Our client is now looking to expand their pre-construction department by recruiting an experienced Fit Out Estimator based in their Nottinghamshire office, helping with costing and providing quotes on exciting new projects, and as part of the tendering process to win new business.

As a well-respected refurbishment and fit out service provider, this company offers the opportunity to work on some very exciting, bespoke projects, tailored to each client. You can expect to collaborate with some high-profile names in the retail and food service industry, providing work-winning cost analysis and quotes.

Duties

-            Work closely with Bid/Pre-Construction team

-            Delivering cost analysis for sales enquiries and/or tender submissions

-            Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding cost of materials and labour

-            Tendering for interior and fit out projects

Salary Details

-            Annual Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

-            Car Allowance
