We are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a one-year fixed-term, part-time basis, working 3 or 4 days per week.

The Benefits

- Salary up to £28,000 (4 days) / £21,000 (3 days) per annum, depending on experience

The Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition processes as the central point for our recruitment activity.

Specifically, you will support our teams in London, Brussels, Berlin and Washington, assisting line managers to attract and evaluate candidates.

Providing guidance to line managers, you will help to write job adverts and descriptions, advertise vacancies through online platforms and social media, set up application questions, sift applications and organise interviews.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage new starter paperwork and set up inductions
- Maintain and improve recruitment data and methods to enhance efficiency
- Support the Head of HR in designing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Periodically assess recruitment activities for continuous improvement

About You

To be considered as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need:

- A proven track record in recruitment, with in-depth knowledge of best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR databases/applicant tracking systems, and advertising platforms/social media
- Excellent relationship building skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and exercise independent judgment
