Facilities Coordinator / Administrator
Office-Based- Speke
£28,000 24 days holiday + BH

· Working on a great contract, you will be based out of the office in Speke.

Your new role - Facilities Coordinator/ Administrator

* Working Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm, on a full time, permanent basis. Can be flexible with starting hours and the occasional option to work from home.

* Office based, supporting a commercial contract

* You will be overseeing the compliance coordination day to day responsibilities include assisting with admin heavy duties across the contract, analysing data, assisting on audits, co-ordinating service delivery work, use CAFM systems, liaising with helpdesk, managers, montly meetings and so on.

What you'll need to succeed- Facilities Coordinator/ Administrator

* Experience in a similar role such as contract support, helpdesk, facilities coordination, finance admin or facilities administrator role is highly beneficial.

* The ideal candidate will have experience working on a CAFM system or in-house software and be efficient with analysing and administering heavy duties.

* Good communication skills and experience in customer service engage with stakeholders at all levels.

* Commutable distance from Speke.

* Pro-active & forward thinking.
