This is a full-time on-site role for a Picker located in Avonmouth. The Picker will be responsible for sorting and organizing scrap metals, ensuring that materials are correctly processed and stored. Daily tasks include operating machinery, keeping the work area clean, complying with safety regulations, and assisting with loading and unloading materials. The Picker will work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly targets efficiently and responsibly.

Qualifications

* Experience in sorting and organizing materials

* Basic knowledge of machinery operation and safety regulations

* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

* Physical stamina and manual dexterity for handling materials

* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace

* Previous experience in recycling or a similar industry is a plus

* Basic education or certification in relevant areas is beneficial

* Excellent time management and organizational skills
