Quack Recruitment and Training is currently recruiting for a qualified Tutor / Trainer, this role is working internally in Essex.

Responsibilities for the Tutor / Trainer role will be:

* Develop and deliver high-quality training programs in Maths and Employability.

* Assess learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their development.

* Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.

Requirements for the Tutor / Trainer role will be:

* Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent).

* Assessors Award (e.g. TAQA, A1, D32/33) is highly desirable.

* Proven experience in delivering training in Maths (Multiply), Customer Service, Construction, and Employability.

Pay for the Tutor / Trainer role will be £30k - £32k DOE

Monthly Pay

Hours for the role will be: 40 hours (dependent on requirements)
