Are you passionate about education and looking for flexible work in secondary schools? We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing day-to-day supply cover for secondary schools across Chesterfield.

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and support Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students during the absence of their regular teacher.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
Manage classroom behavior, maintaining high standards of discipline and focus.
Provide assistance to students as needed and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience in a classroom setting.

About You
We are looking for individuals who:

Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Are confident and enthusiastic about working with secondary-aged students.
Have prior experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, or youth work - desirable but not essential).
Are adaptable and quick to build rapport with students and staff.
Are committed to creating a positive and safe learning environment.

Requirements
