NHS Property Services enables excellent patient care by acting as a trusted advisor to the NHS and by providing the best estate solutions.

We manage 2,700 properties with 6,300 customers across England, which accounts for approximately 10% of the total NHS estate. Our properties range from listed buildings to new integrated care centres and include hospitals, GP practices and offices.

The purpose of this role is to administer and coordinate all activity related to the efficient and effective administration key Delivery activities including purchase order administration, Customer Billable Works, and jeopardy management.

The role will support the national Delivery team to ensure the integrity of data and related evidence meets NHSPS requirements. A key focus is to monitor, identify, and report deviations from required performance SLAs and quality standards against all reporting attributes that provide opportunities for early support and redirection.

The Delivery Support Co-ordinator role will ensure all administrative process and continuous improvement initiatives are adhered to, support collaboration to resolve constraints and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

This is a part time role working 18.75 hours per week, working days and times can be negotiated at interview.

What you will do:

To raise, allocate and receipt purchase orders in a timely manner for the Delivery function.
Drive efficient administration of Customer Billable Works, to support an effective customer experience.
Support strong performance through our supplier network by jeopardy management of customer billable works.
Provide the required data, documentation, and reports, to internal/external stakeholders.
An understanding of FM service issue types, and the ability to use this knowledge to prioritise routine, urgent and emergency requests.
Identifies and reports/ escalates deviations in performance and quality from management procedures to support performance being achieved and administered in purchase orders and customer billables.
Identifies and supports continuous improvement opportunities to optimise methodology by highlighting to the team leader. Who you are:

Understanding of finance and purchase order processes
Experience working with property and CAFM systems, process, and data.
Experience using and understanding systems-based management information.
Working effectively through matrix management arrangements.
Understanding management information, reporting and data.
Effective communication
Relationship management and effective collaboration
Knowledge of FM in a large organisation
Understanding of data and workflow platforms
