What You’ll Do As Finance Business Partner:

* Partner with key departments to drive business initiatives and financial strategy.

* Own monthly financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

* Deliver real-time analytics and reporting with data-driven insights.

* Optimize working capital and collaborate with operations to improve efficiencies.

* Present financial insights to leadership and contribute to business growth.

What You’ll Bring:

* CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (or equivalent).

* At least 3 years of finance business partnering experience, ideally in manufacturing.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

* Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance colleagues.

* Proficiency in financial forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
