My client based in the Worcester are is looking to recruit a Key Account Coordinator on a permanent bass
You will be responsible for supporting key accounts with their recruitment needs, working closely with colleagues to provide a first class service to clients and candidates
The main responsibilities of the role include
- Be the main point of contact for key accounts
- Keep accurate and updated records on internal database
- Communicate with clients and candidates on a daily basis
- Complete and carry out all compliance checks on drivers paperwork
- Deal with any issues as they arise in a prompt and professional manner
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- First class Customer Service Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Your own transport is essential for this role
The role is Mon-Fri and the salary on offer will be determined by relevant and suitable experience
