We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator. You will be a part of a Product team, managing and developing the product suite to meet the needs of their customers.

This role is for you if you have experience in product management, marketing, charities, or technology and are keen to make a difference as a Project Coordinator.

As the Project Coordinator, you will:

Manage products and services for corporate clients and charities.
Support senior management in identifying improvements, developing product propositions, and ensuring a focus on customer needs.
Collaborate with Research and Marketing teams to understand customer needs, track satisfaction, and derive actionable insights.
Drive good customer outcomes with a focus on product governance and risk management.
Conduct financial modelling for budgeting, pricing analysis, and reporting.
Perform market research and competitive analysis.Key skills for the Project Coordinator:
