The Opportunity

Are you a confident, friendly individual with a warm personality? Do you take pride in being well-presented and enjoy providing excellent customer service? If so, we have an exciting Concierge opportunity for you with our client located in the prestigious area of Central London.

As the first point of contact for our distinguished clientele, your role will be pivotal in ensuring a memorable and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with their needs, ordering cabs, handling bags, and maintaining the impeccable standards synonymous with our brand.

Role Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival
Assist customers with ordering cabs, managing their belongings and anything to elevate their customer experience
Provide information about our store and products
Ensure a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment customers enter
Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times

Your skills and experience

A mature and well-presented individual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and friendly personality
Previous Concierge experience in a similar role, such as at a luxury hotel or high-end retail environment, is highly desirable.
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
