Compliance Support Coordinator
Salary £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30, earlier finish on Fridays
Fulltime, Onsite in Hertford
Our client is an established manufacturer and distributor based in Hertford. We have an amazing opportunity to join the reputable team in a progressive position as a Compliance Support Coordinator.
The Compliance Support Coordinator role would involve coordinating across departments to ensure adherence to industry standards, legal requirements, and internal policies while promoting sustainability, best practice and continual improvement. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, accountable, and committed to safety, environmental responsibility, and quality excellence. You will be expected to assist with running and supporting all compliance and process systems - including the current Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental, as well as Anti-bribery, Business Continuity and Information Security systems.
Responsibilities - Compliance Support Coordinator
* Track and report non-conformance incidents, following up where necessary with appropriate investigations and related corrective actions
* Assist in conducting regular risk assessments to identify hazards related to print machinery, chemicals and workplace conditions and implement or monitor corrections.
* Maintain accident and near miss incident reports, ensure accurate documentation, analysis and preventative measures
* Update and monitor the H&S Training and training records, coordinating H&S courses onsite where necessary
* Assist the QHSE Manager with compliance audits
* Assist with Anti-Bribery systems and updates to policies, coordinate training, maintain the company Gift and Hospitality log
* Assist with ISO Management Systems across Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Information & Data Security
Experience - Compliance Support Coordinator
* Experience in a Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver instructions, present briefings, and provide training.
* Problem solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to mitigate compliance issues identified.
