Guidant Global are recruiting for Administrators on behalf of our client Capita, as part of a project with the Standards Testing Agency.

Start date: 6th May 2025

Job type: Temporary contract until 22nd June 2025, with opportunities for extension.

Location: Mansfield, NG18 5BY

Hours: Full time

Choice of Shift which will be fixed before commencement of assignment

Mon - Fri 06:00 - 14:00

Mon - Fri 14:00 - 22:00

However, training will be Monday - Friday - 09.00 - 15.00

Pay: Hourly, paid on a weekly basis.

AM Shift £12.95ph

PM Shift £13.95ph

A discretionary bonus is also available upon completion of the assignment.

Job Description

We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail and good PC literacy skills to support on the Standards Testing Agency's annual processing of exam papers for school students.

Working on indexing test scripts and matching scripts to pupil names on Image software.

The operational area is an open plan office environment based in Mansfield.

The roles are fully PC based and repetitive.

Candidates must be accurate and methodical in work ethic

Duties:

· Data Entry/Indexing Data

Updating CRM systems with confidential data
Reading and Reporting information
Scanning and Printing Documents
Working to strict deadlines

Full training will be provided.

Candidates must be able to work the bank holiday Monday (26th May 2025).

Candidates must pass a background check (DBS) and a credit check
