Our Client is looking for an experienced baker. The candidate will support the baking operations and a team of Kitchen Assistants, ensuring the daily production of high-quality baked goods and other recipes.

We specialize in two Lebanese street breads (Ka'ak and Manouche) and someone with a previous background experience in Manouche/Manakish would be very valuable. We are open to other bakers as well as long as they have the right attitude to learn our products.

Responsibilities:

* Support all aspects of the baking process while ensuring consistent quality and adherence to established recipes and techniques

* Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures

* Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
