Simply Education is excited to be working alongside a fantastic Special Needs Primary School in Aylesbury, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join their dynamic team! If you are an experienced SEN Teacher with a desire to inspire and empower students, we want to hear from you! You'll play a key role in shaping their educational journey and supporting their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting lessons tailored to the unique needs of students with SEN.
Develop and implement personalized learning plans for children with SEND.
Work alongside a collaborative team of staff, including SENCOs, to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
Adapt and modify your teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of your class.
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages every child to succeed.
Essential Requirements:

Proven experience leading a classroom, ideally with students who have SEN.
Experience working with students who have SEND in a primary school setting.
A deep understanding of Special Needs and how to adapt teaching strategies to support students effectively.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of SEN and SEND.
QTS is not compulsory for this role, but strong experience in classroom management and teaching is essential.
