Position: Client Services Manager (Print Production)
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
  
An established print production company, known for bringing together digital technologies to deliver high-quality print solutions to a diverse range of clients, are looking to add to their team with an experienced Client Services Manager.
  
They are seeking someone from a print background, with an enthusiastic nature and a natural aptitude for client services, who can manage a team and ensure that all customer needs are met.
  
Responsibilities Include:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their specific needs and goals.
Project Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of print projects, from initial client consultation through to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and any issues are promptly resolved.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all work meets the required specifications and quality standards.
Quoting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee cost-effectiveness of projects while maintaining quality.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Proactively address any client concerns or production issues, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client trust.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on client accounts, project statuses, and any potential risks or opportunities.
Management: Manage and develop a growing team and set a clear example.
  
Experience Needed:

Strong experience in a client services role within the print production industry
Brief Management
Print Production
Team Management
Experience with estimating is highly desirable
A knowledge of a range of print types - including digital, wide-format and litho.
