Job Description:

In this role, you will focus on managing the ticketing and after-sales process, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of travel documents, liaising with agents, clients, and suppliers to confirm bookings, process amendments, and provide expert support for seamless travel arrangements.

* Communicate with agents, clients, and suppliers (UK and overseas) to confirm, update, and amend holiday bookings

* Manage all booking elements, ensuring seamless coordination and timely updates

* Process and verify service bookings using various web-based systems

* Handle inbound enquiries from travel agents and clients, providing expert assistance

* Use the Amadeus GDS system to manage bookings and amendments

* Issue travel documents and airline tickets (BSP ticketing), including CAT35 fares, Inclusive Tour Fares, and published airfares

* Manage ticket re-issues and adjustments due to itinerary changes

* Oversee documentation packaging and postal requirements

Experience Required:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Ability to meet strict deadlines

* Good geographical knowledge

* Preferably skilled in Amadeus / GDS
