Maintenance Operative - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a maintenance operative to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team around Dunfermline and the surrounding area.

The starting salary for the Maintenance Operative is £26,437.84 per annum or £12.71/ph.

40 hours per week, (6am - 3pm)

1-in-4 weekend shift. - Not on call.

As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to

* General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.

* This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves.

* PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided).
