Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Executive required to join a manufacturer of electronic devices in Chelmsford, Essex.
The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Executive will provide product advice and manage the sales process including generating quotations, processing orders, raising purchase orders and invoices, documentation, proposals and other aspects of sales support for electronic devices.
We’re looking for a background within internal sales / technical sales and must be commutable to Chelmsford, Essex.
Package
£30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Role
Provide technical advice and guidance on electronic devices and data loggers. Full product training will be provided.
Generate tailored quotations and proposals for energy monitoring products to meet customers’ requirements.
Manage sales process including handling enquiries, providing technical support, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and solution sell engineering solutions
Provide technical support and all other aspects of sales support - e.g. sales orders, order processing, expediting, inbound and outbound calls purchase orders and documentation.
Liaise with various engineering departments
Office based in Chelmsford, Essex.
Requirements
Experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Representative, Customer Support Engineer, Customer Service Engineer, Applications Engineer, Proposal Engineer, Commercial Engineer or similar internal sales role
Full product training is provided.
Experience providing technical sales/sales support within an engineering environment.
