What the job will be doing
* Manage a team of asset management and surveying staff
* Successfully deliver key work contracts and services within time
* Take responsibility for all activities relating to improvements and repairs & maintenance
What you will need
* Building related degree or similar professional building related qualification
* Detailed knowledge of Asset Management & Building Surveying
* Experience of managing staff, budgets, business planning, and change management.
