Key Responsibilities:

Support the Lead HFI Specialist in integrating Human Factors into the TRINITY design process.
Engage with end-user groups and stakeholders through workshops, trials, and User-Centred Design activities.
Conduct analyses such as allocation of function, task analysis, and usability assessments.
Evaluate prototypes and mock-ups of TRINITY hardware and software solutions.
Contribute to customer deliverables by producing detailed reports.Qualifications & Experience:

A degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, or a related field.
Registered membership of the Chartered Institute of Human Factors (or equivalent eligibility).
At least five years of Human Factors experience in the defence or safety-critical sectors.
A proven ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams on complex system integration projects.Additional Information:
This role requires attendance at the BAES Christchurch office three days a week.
