Description
Serving as the first point of contact for visitors
Managing phone calls and correspondence
Assisting in organising and maintaining the office area
Supporting the Secretarial & Business Support team with administrative tasks
Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
Maintaining an organised filing system
Ensuring all reception areas are tidy and presentable
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsProfile
A successful Receptionist should have:
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills
A professional appearance and demeanor
