Quantity Surveyor 

Location - Bristol

Rate - Competitive 

We are recruiting for Quantity Surveyor, you will be working for Tier 1 contractor based in Bristol on a contract capacity. The ideal candidate must have highways experience and have good knowledge of NEC4, option A,B and C.

Requirements:

Highways experience 
NEC4 option A,B and C knowledge.
Prepare Take offs, tender and contract documents, including bills of quants.
Preparation and submission of valuations.
Review material requirements and placing orders as per site request.
Producing cost reports (CVR's) on projects.
Working closely with Contracts Manager to ensure schemes are on program and within budget.
Management of subcontractor accounts.
Liaising with client / clients representatives.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant qualifications and preferably have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or intermediate Quantity Surveyor within highways projects. They should also be articulate, pro-active with excellent, strong communication and IT skills.
