Specification sales manager, commercial flooring
Do you have experience within the commercial interiors, construction or building products industry, along with experience of developing architects, interior designers, Office fit-out companies and end users?.
Due to their continued success, they now require a specification sales manager to be responsible for representing their product portfolio throughout, Doncaster, Sheffield, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Nottingham, Leicester, Lincoln and Derby,
Developing the architect/ design community, end users and fit-out contractors
Market sectors: Education, Commercial Office, Local Authorities, Build to rent etc.
Be confident at presenting cpd's with the ability to manage existing and new business, and established links within the above sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Identifying new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and lead generation, project tracking using Barbour ABI etc. Using CRM to provide daily/weekly reports.
Enthusiastic and self motivated with a strong business acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
