Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a compounder for our client based in Brixworth.

My client is the largest fragrance house in the world and take pride in proactively shaping the future of the fragrance industry.

Reporting to the Shift Manager the main purpose of the role is to accurately weigh out raw materials, synthetic and natural aroma, chemicals, oils and powder chemicals to a given formulation in accordance with the company standard operating procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Checking tank labels with paperwork making sure they are correct and matching each other.

* Ensure all equipment is always kept clean

* Compound RMs according to the formulation and in FIFO order

* Making sure completed jobs are combined and then check weighed before packing

* Complete handover sheets accordingly

* Report any errors or spills

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

* FLT Licence (counterbalance)

* Good computer skills

* Ability to work solo

* Good communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail.

· Ideally have own transport due to company location

Working hours are Monday - Friday 14:00 – 22:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break.

In return our client offers a salary of up to £26,000 (DOE) per annum with a 20% shift allowance on the basic annual salary.
