HR Assistant / Near Harleston, Norfolk / Full time / Permanent / £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our client on a full time, permanent basis near Harleston, Norfolk.
Duties include:
Dealing with queries via telephone and email
Sending out references of employment
Answering basic absence/holidays related queries
Sending out offer letters and employment contracts
Assisting the Health and Safety Manager with administration
Compiling details of investigations
Setting up new starters on the system
Updating all employee records including training and qualifications
Managing annual leave
Managing absence
Assisting the H&S Manager with H&S issues Requirements include:
Strong organisational skills
Ability to organise and manage time effectively, prioritising own workload to meet deadlines
A professional, confident and pleasant manner with a strong work ethic
Conscientious with an ability to be flexible and multi-task
Great customer service delivery at all levels
Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel Hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Own transport required due to location.
