We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to take up this great opportunity for an entry level accounting role with a well established local employer in the Hailsham area. You’ll ideally be doing or have completed your AAT qualification but there is the opportunity in the long run for the company to support with the AAT qualification for the right candidate.
Job duties:
* Accounts administration, data entry and processing of invoices
* Matching and processing supplier invoices
* Chasing outstanding customer payments / credit control
* Any other duties to support the accounts function
Skills & experience required:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills to include Pivot Tables, formulas and similar
* Strong Maths and English skills, ideally with a good level of education in these subjects
* Excellent communication skills
* A formal qualification such as AAT or maybe a degree in Finance or Accounting would be a distinct advantage

This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and offering a salary of circa £25,000 per annum.
