Mechanical Site Manager

Are you an experienced Mechanical Services Project Engineer ready for your next career challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Site Manager to join our dynamic Engineering Services Department. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including Hotel, Leisure, Retail, and Education & Health Care. Our projects typically range in value from £100,000 to £2 million, and we are looking for someone who can ensure the successful execution of these projects from conception to completion.

Mechanical Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.

* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.

* Interact with clients daily to interpret their needs and balance them with contract proposals.

* Oversee overall quality control of work, including budget, schedule, and personnel performance.

* Assign responsibilities and mentor project teams, on-site installations, and subcontractors.

* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

* Review engineering deliverables and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and cost-effective proposals.

Mechanical Site Manager Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical/Electrical Project Engineer (5 years preferred).

* Proficient in design and visualization software, particularly AutoCAD.

* Advanced skills in MS Office.

* Familiarity with industry regulations, best practices, and performance standards.

* Strong project management and supervision skills.

* Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities.

* Current engineer license and relevant qualifications for the role.

* Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
