Receptionist
Hours of work: Monday-Friday - 8am to 5:30pm (includes a paid lunch break)
Start date: 12th February 2025
Dress code: Professional / Smart Wear
Main responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact in meeting and greeting all visitors and customers to the company
Administer the switchboard accordingly
Answer a high volume of calls on a daily basis
General administrative duties and maintenance
Any other delegated duties relevant to the post
Must be satisfactorily proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
Previous front of house/reception/admin experience desired but not essential
