Year 3 Teacher – About the Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities within your class.

* Help pupils develop key literacy, numeracy, and interpersonal skills.

* Monitor student progress, providing detailed feedback and ensuring every child achieves their full potential.

* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters a love of learning.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a creative and inspiring Key Stage 2 curriculum.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required, and experience teaching in Year 3 or Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
