The Opportunity: The firm is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. candidates must be comfortable working on-site at their Central Manchester office however this is a hybrid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

* Providing high-quality legal advice and services to clients.

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
