The Role:
We are looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead two of our specialist children's homes: the Therapeutic Home and the Emotional Behaviour Difficulties Home. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of both homes, ensuring they operate in line with Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage two children's homes, providing a high-quality, child-centred service.
Register as the Homes Manager with Ofsted and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Implement and lead the therapeutic model at Woodside Avenue, working closely with residential and clinical staff.
Manage a budget of over £1.5 million across both homes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet the holistic needs of children in a family-like setting.
Address complex issues creatively to improve service delivery while managing budget constraints.
Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.Benefits:
