Contracts Manager – Manchester
Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client.

Introduction:
Our client, a leading commercial fit-out contractor, is looking to bring on board a Contracts Manager to oversee projects across Manchester. With a focus on office, retail, and leisure sectors, they offer long-term opportunity and exciting high-end projects. This role can be freelance or permanent with a negotiable package.

Job Responsibilities:

* Deliver multiple fit-out projects at once with responsibility for performance, budget, and compliance.

* Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams.

* Oversee supply chain and subcontractor performance.

* Conduct site visits and ensure project progress aligns with expectations.

* Report directly to senior leadership on project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial interiors or fit-out.

* Strong project oversight and stakeholder management skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required.

* Resides in Manchester or nearby.
