**Location:** Near Tonbridge, East Sussex

**Positions Available:**

- Senior Registered Nurse: £40,000

- Registered Nurses: £32,000

**Hours:** Full-time, Part-time, Temp/Contract (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is seeking dedicated and experienced nurses to join their team at a CQC Outstanding-rated hospital near Tonbridge, East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate nursing professionals to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, with roles available for both full-time and part-time positions.

**About the Role:**

**Senior Registered Nurse (£40,000):** As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will provide expert clinical support and leadership within the inpatient department. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, guiding and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional patient care.

**Registered Nurses (£32,000):** As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of the nursing team, delivering hands-on care and support to patients. Your role will involve working alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals to ensure the hospital continues to provide 5-star service.

**Key Details:**

* **Shifts:** Full-time positions consist of 37.5 hours per week, with a schedule of 3x13-hour shifts for the first three weeks, and 3x11-hour shifts in the last week. A mixture of day and night shifts is required, with availability needed for weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates available)

* **Flexibility:** Part-time, temporary, and contract opportunities are available to suit different needs.

**What We’re Looking For:**

* **Experience:** Previous hospital experience is essential, with a preference for those with an orthopaedic background, although this is not mandatory.

* **Qualifications:** RGN / NMC registered.

* **Skills:** Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
