The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Manager to lead our logistics strategies and ensure the seamless integration of supportability throughout the lifecycle of our cutting-edge defence systems.

So, what will you be doing as an ILS Manager?

* Logistics Strategy Development: Design and implement integrated logistics support strategies for next-generation missile systems.

* Improve programme management skills, develop Customer facing skills and promote your profile internationally within the business.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on logistics needs and expectations.

* Support Model Implementation: Utilise weapon systems support models and predictive logistics to enhance operational efficiency.

* Risk Management: Identify potential logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless operations.

What are we looking for in our next ILS Manager?

* A strong engineering background, ideally with a degree in a technical discipline.

* Experience with weapon systems support models and predictive logistics.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across various stakeholders.

* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and strategic planning from supply chain to customer delivery.
