Position: Machine Setter
Location: Malvern Link
Salary: 23-28k (Depending on experience)
Hours: 07:45 - 16:15 M-T | 07:00 - 12:00 Friday
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for engineering looking to progress your career in manufacturing? We are recruiting an experienced Machine Setter for an established manufacturing company in Malvern, this role would be suitable for a multi-skilled individual with experience producing precision parts coming from either a Manual Machining, Process Engineering or general Machine Setting background.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn and work on various bespoke machines and lines, working closely with the operations and production manager to understand setting routines
Focus on advancing process improvements
Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment is maintained
Operate any machinery within the workshop and be willing to help in different areas if necessary
Key Skills Required:
Worked in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment, with relatable experience
Knowledge of Quality Control Systems and Health & Safety at work
A familiarity with SMED and route cause analysis
A background dealing with glass and an understanding of the safety issues that come with handling such materials are desirable
