My client is a leading European Retail brand who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the selection and delivery of a new CRM System.
They are looking for a hands-on project manager with expert knowledge in multiple CRM systems and a strong communicator to work with senior stakeholders across the business.
This role will be fully responsible for the full project life cycle taking ownership of the initial requirements gathering, managing the RFP process with CRM Vendors, leading the selection process and then finally project managing the delivery of their new CRM system.
In terms of experience my client is looking for a Retail expert who has worked on a minimum of 2 different CRM integration projects. You will need to be well versed in B2C loyalty platforms and how they integrate with their Apps, email and data platforms.
This role will likely be a 12-18month interim contract and will offer remote working with 1 day per week in their London offices
