Fully remote role working as an Account Executive for an expanding FinTech/SaaS business.

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our sales team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Holding discovery meetings with prospects to identify their requirements, pain points, and key business drivers.
Delivering tailored and in-depth software demonstrations to small prospects through Teams.
Booking demonstrations on behalf of senior sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Engaging with new customers through live chat, email, and telephone.
Systematically contacting lost leads to determine re-engagement opportunities.
Keeping accurate lead information in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
Using initiative to expand the sales pipeline through various channels.
Supporting trial accounts and answering any questions they may have.
Keeping up-to-date with competitor and market knowledge, as well as the products and industry-related information.
Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and ensuring a seamless sales cycle.
Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the products, best practices, and tax considerations.
Producing custom pricing proposals and providing relevant sales collateral.
Managing customer requirements throughout the sales process.
Tracking customer engagement and usage after a successful close.The ideal candidate must have:
