We’re delighted to be supporting a local organisation with the recruitment of a Part-Time Barista to join their on-site café on an initial temporary basis with potential to lead to a permanent role.
You’ll be responsible for crafting delicious hot drinks, preparing food and maintaining a welcome space for customers. This opportunity is perfect for someone with previous experience who enjoys working in a front facing customer service role.
* £12.64 per hour
* Working hours Monday to Friday 11am-2pm with some flexibility during busy periods
* This role is fully on-site
* Candidates must be immediately available or with short notice
Duties and responsibilities:
* Greeting and serving customers
* Taking orders and preparing hot drinks and food
* Selling confectionery and snacks
* Taking payments
* General cleaning and tidying of the café
Skills and experience required:
* Experience working as a Barista or within a food/waitressing environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good team player
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Motivated and can work under pressure
