Quality Control & Compliance – Conduct sampling, testing, and reporting to ensure finished products and raw materials meet required standards.
Site Monitoring & Audits – Perform allergen monitoring, environmental checks, GMP and hygiene audits, as well as temperature, humidity, and pest control records.
Process & Document Control – Verify batch documents, packaging specs, and labels to guarantee accuracy before production.
Lab Testing & Analysis – Coordinate with internal and external laboratories for product testing and compliance.
Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – Flag and investigate out-of-specification results, lead root cause analysis, and drive improvements.
Customer & Production Support – Issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA), handle customer monitoring requests, and ensure smooth communication across departments. What We’re Looking For
Experience in a similar quality, technical, or laboratory role (food, beverage, or ingredient industry preferred).
Organised and methodical approach – You thrive in structured environments and can juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills – You spot issues before they become problems and love finding solutions.
Excellent communication – Whether it's with suppliers, customers, or colleagues, you can translate technical details into clear, actionable insights.
IT Proficiency – Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Proactive & self-driven – You take ownership, work autonomously, and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
