Headley Recruitment Ltd ( Advertising on behalf of Trades UK Recruitment Ltd ) specialise in the nationwide supply of contract trades and labour, plus the supply of freelance and permanent white collar professionals into the construction and interiors industry.
We have exciting plans to initially grow out our existing Construction division as well as bolting on new sectors in the future which will also create career progression opportunities.

Main duties to include:
• Part of a small team you will be helping to maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients, by telephone and face to face visits.
• Engaging in “lapsed clients”
• Target new business, using various methods to include calls, social media, networking events, CRM data etc.
• Taking detailed information from the client for each project they require labour on
• Work with the team to assist in filling temporary assignments throughout the UK.
• Deal with any site issues in a professional manner when they arise.
• Having constant communication, both telephone and face to face, with clients and operatives
About you:
• Being a positive, driven, energetic, focussed, team player is a must in this fast past environment.
• You must be able to work as part of a small team, all aiming for the same result.
• Have exceptional Sales, Business Development and Account Management skills.
• Ideally be from a fast-paced temporary recruitment background, or have outstanding Business Development and Account Management experience in a similar fast paced service environment.
• Be IT literate, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
Salary £ Negotiable depending on experience
Bonus 10% - if threshold achieved
