Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Remediation, Groundworks and RC Frames across the UK.

About the Role

As an RC Frame Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of building projects. Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate the cost of reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures. This involves analysing architectural and structural drawings, preparing detailed quantity take-offs, and applying industry-standard pricing methodologies

About the requirements

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Groundwork / RC Frame sub-contractor

* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

* Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies

* Working knowledge of various forms of contract

* 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
