Placing Leaders are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee their Commercial Aluminium Contracts across the South West.
The successful candidate will ideally be from a Commercial Glazing / Curtain Walling / Windows or Doors Background, we are looking for someone that can oversee projects from order through to completion and someone that can have input into project design as well as be responsible for all on site Health and Safety including the production of site risk assesments and Method Statements.
Location: both Field and office Based across the South West and along the M4 corridor - may require some working away from home which will be fully expensed
Purpose: To be our clients customers facing manager responsible and fully accountable for the safe delivery of aluminium glazing projects -on‐budge and on‐time,
To support project design verification and validation; site readiness; on time order realisation and be accountable for onsite sub‐contractor partner coordination and the client in order to successfully deliver new project sales orders against agreed customer requirements, contractual obligations, quality standards and budgets. To personally manage delivery of projects in accordance with business and customer requirements, contractual obligations, quality standards and budgets. To manage customer expectations and to exceed them wherever possible in order to manage, maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels to maximise customer spend and to facilitate profitable mutually beneficial long term customer relationships
