Supply Teaching Assistant

 Location: Coventry
 Daily Rate: £83 - £85
 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3.30pm
 Contract: Long-term to permanent or Day to Day basis. (Must be flexible)

Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? GSL Education is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Coventry, providing 1:1 and small group support to students with challenging behaviour, Autism, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and other additional needs.

Your Role:

✅ Provide 1:1 behaviour support to pupils with SEN and complex needs
✅ Implement positive behaviour management strategies
✅ Act as a role model and provide nurturing support
✅ Assist with numeracy and literacy booster sessions
✅ Support with personal care where required

What We’re Looking For:

 Experience working with SEN students (professional or personal)
 Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2 in Childcare, Learning & Development or equivalent)
 Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
 A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare

Teaching graduates and those with personal experience supporting vulnerable individuals are encouraged to apply!

 Please Note: This role requires an enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
