Mechanical Supervisor

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical Building Services contractor that complete the full Mechanical and Electrical package including Design, Installation and Maintenance.

Due to my client’s continuous growth and new contracts gained they are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team to work across the West Midlands and Warwickshire area.

* Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

* Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to address any concerns or requests.

* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

* Prepare and submit site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required

Experience required:

* Previous experience working on school projects beneficial

* SMSTS

* NVQ Level 3-Mechanical

* IOSH-Managing safely (Desirable)
