Job Description:
Harry at Amber Mace is working with a great care home who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their team in a care home setting in Beckenham. The ideal candidate will have a valid Nursing Pin and relevant experience in a care home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents.
- Assess and plan nursing care requirements.
- Monitor and administer medication and treatments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Support and supervise care staff.

Requirements:
- Valid Nursing Pin.
- Proven experience in a care home setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
