Location: Harlow, Essex
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
About Our Client:
Our client is a small and friendly legal practise with over 46 years of establishment. As a traditional high street firm, they have built a strong local client base. They are currently seeking a Secretary to join their team.

Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
Handling incoming calls and correspondence
Drafting and formatting legal documents and letters
Maintaining accurate client records and files
Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
Undertaking research and preparing relevant materials as required
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalismEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Advanced proficiency in English language
Proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office SuiteDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Prior experience in a legal practise
Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
Familiarity with case management systems
