Teaching Assistants – Milton Keynes

Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for outstanding schools in Milton Keynes.

Job Specification:

* Location: Milton Keynes

* Job Title: Teaching Assistant

* Contract: Temp to Perm, Day to Day

* Full/Part Time: Full Time, Part time

* Rate: £90 – £110 (DOE)

* Hours: 8:30am – 4pm

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with the planning of learning activities.

* Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to supports students to achieve learning goals.

* Monitor students’ responses to learning activities and accurately record achievement/progress as directed.

* Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on student achievement, progress, problems etc.

* Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy

* Create and maintain a purposeful, structured and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with the display of students’ work.

YOU MUST:

* Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK

* Hold Enhanced Child DBS on the update service

* Provide two professional references
