With over 50 years of combined experience, they’re passionate about helping customers buy or sell their home.
Their head office is conveniently located in Sywell, Northamptonshire.
Due to continued demand and a high number of leads and enquiries, an addition opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer to join the team covering the Northampton area and surrounding towns and villages.
We are looking to speak to polished, professional and experienced individuals that can add value to this highly experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Expert Valuation Services
* Conduct comprehensive valuations for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties
* Analyse market trends and sales data to provide accurate, well-researched valuations
* Deliver transparent, professional reports that inspire client confidence
Property Insights and Client Advisory
* Offer expert guidance on pricing strategies for property sales
* Assess property features, location advantages, and improvement potential
* Present compelling market appraisals tailored to client objectives
Captivating Property Presentations
* Craft engaging property listings that showcase unique selling points
* Collaborate with professional photographers to capture stunning visuals
* Highlight neighbourhood features and amenities to attract potential buyers
Client Relationship Management
* Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
* Understand and anticipate client needs, providing personalised service
* Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire process
Team Collaboration and Marketing
* Work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to maximise property exposure
* Leverage online platforms, social media, and traditional channels for property promotion
* Participate actively in open houses and property viewings
