Our client, a respected and established logistics company, is seeking a skilled Ocean Export Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years experience in Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) operations. Based in Grays, Essex, this role offers the chance to lead a team, optimize export logistics, and play a critical role in international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee end-to-end ocean export operations, focusing on FCL and LCL shipments.

* Ensure seamless coordination with carriers, freight forwarders, and clients to meet shipping schedules.

* Prepare and manage export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.

* Resolve logistics issues efficiently, maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

* Supervise, guide, and support a team of export specialists, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in ocean export logistics, particularly FCL and LCL.

* Comprehensive understanding of export documentation, customs compliance, and international shipping regulations.

* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
